Little basic question here

So I was just wondering, you know how you Press And Hold Caps Lock to talk in game, right? I was wondering if anyone knew how to get it so you can Press Caps Lock Once to toggle chat on, and keep it on, then be able to Press Caps Lock Again to toggle chat off, for long transmissions. I know Teamspeak is a thing, but I was just wondering if you can do it for gang chats and stuff in-game.

Go to multiplayer control settings. 'Voice over net' is what you are looking for.

There is an option in the settings to do so actually. Not sure of exactly what it is called off the top of my head so sorry I can't be of further help.

ESC>Configure>Controls>Drop Down Menu>Multiplayer>Voice Over Net and set the hotkey 2x Caps Lock.
