BucKaY 4
If i were to sell a house or buy a house off someone. If i sold first then they bought and didnt give me the money. And i have it recorded. Do i get comp or is scamming aloud? Quote Link to comment https://olympus-entertainment.com/topic/16995-scamming/
Creepy 1305
Did this already happen? If you haven't bought the house yet, try to do it with an admin/mod as a middle man. It's safer for you that way. Also, NEVER sell your house without getting paid first. That's just common sense. PoptartRex 3294
Scamming is allowed. No comp from staff would be issued. @BucKaY 1 Quote Link to comment https://olympus-entertainment.com/topic/16995-scamming/#findComment-198547

BucKaY 4
What would it change if a admin/mod was a middle man? i was just told by rex that it is allowed. Quote Link to comment https://olympus-entertainment.com/topic/16995-scamming/#findComment-198550
Creepy 1305
Basically it keeps everyone on the up and up. I've seen people use a mod to hold the money in "escrow" until the property was for sale, then everything gets transferred and everyone is happy. The buyer gives the mod the money. The mod tells you that he has the money. You sell your house. The buyer buys the house. The mod transfers you the money. Everyone wins. Except the mod.
