I would use a random generator, either put a number by each name or put the names in ass the thing being picked.  I could make video, havn't yet tried streaming so not sure on how great the quality would be.  But definately do something to show that the system was not rigged.

I think I will attempt to hold a lottery.  If I do not get enough people to go in on it then I will refund money to everyone.  I am thinking we could go off the PA Daily Number (Since I live in PA).  This is a 3 number match and is picked twice a day.  Lets do 100k to start with?  I will be on this evening.  I could make a Google docs with everyone that signed up and their numbers so people can check it out and to see how many people are in the pot.
