there was just a restart, and i was doing a salvage run and i had  saved up 30 moonshine which i was about to store in my house, however when i took it out of my submarine i deposited my submarine into the garage and i went to my house to deposit it,however a restart happened and i lost my 30 moonshine and my water can you please repay me

If you have no evidence then probally not, make sure too have shadowplay in the background so when something happens you can record the last 5mins.

Try using Plays.Tv I have been using that for a while now to record, haven't seen any issues with FPS at all! Hope this helps
