I really like the promotion/Demotion part. You could include a ban part in the future unless you think that would step on toes.

^Whole reason why we don't have one. Similar reason as to why we don't include the players reason for taking a break.

I love the role of R&R because it fits my personality and preferred playstyle perfectly! I am going for Air Responder and hopefully Coordinator if the boss permits so I should be around for many more adventures! 

Nice newspaper by the way, very well organized and put together.  This is keeping the forums very interesting these days.
