I was playing on cop as a deputy a few days ago and had a civilian with a rebel license, no WPL or vigi license, tell me that his 6.5 was legal since the staff changed the rules recently. I am pretty sure this is bullshit, because I've looking around and seen nothing confirming his claim. Even if he had a firearms license, his MX would be illegal. I'm pretty sure he was just tryna punk me. Confirm or deny please?
