SSD 256 gb and a HDD 1tb Seagate and i average 130 fps on standard/low settings

How do u average that. I got a 1060 6gb i7 7700, 250 Gb ssd and 2400mhz 16gb ram

32gb ddr4 3200, 2x 2tb hdds, 1x 1tb ssd, 5600xt, ryzen 5 3600x, b450m-a mobo. Cost me about $1200 (i got the ram from a local best buy who had someone order a kit and never came to pick it up. I spent about $65 per 16gb.)

Easily averages 100+ on olympus 40-60 in kav and can push mid 150's when im in the middle of no where.

RTX 2080, I7 9700k, 16gb ram, 2tb HDD/no SSD.

Due to screen tearing, the human eye not seeing past 60 fps and being cheap I have Vsync on. Game is set to the default values for "ultra" and I get 61 fps outside cities with mostly 40-50 in Kav, sometimes when speeding through a dense area or somewhere with a lot of placed objects *looks at Pyrgos* I get frame drops to 20-30.
