hi, I don't know if you can answer my question. I've never accessed the server before but I'm told there's a lock-out ban. I would like to ask if anyone can tell me the reason for this except submitting the appeal. I have checked the forum and most people seem to be dissatisfied with the lag problem. Is this the reason? I'm a player from China
