Different roles whether they are legal or illegal have a purpose. An example would be the fact that in other countries(not the USA for many reasons) the policy or military are the only groups with legal access to assault rifles. Meanwhile someone else who has one would be in a gang or militia. Not to mention there are different freedoms afforded to say Vigilante to say APD, Vigilante says hands up or be tased and reads charges then sends to jail. APD has to process the criminal with LIST as well as has to follow a much stricter rule set. 
 

tldr the groups or factions that have access to the MK1 have them because it doesn’t make sense for a legal play style to have them since it would effectively make all roles the same.

I don't think the MK1 should be on WPL as this is used for legal runs for those that are not criminals (may be ok if WPL license purchase price was raised considerably, but stil not necessary). Vgi's HELLLLLS no. I think Mar10's tasers on cops could be removed, but that won't happen. As Marcus mentioned, add a NO vote to get a real sense of how people feel.
