Working out and supplements

How many days are you guys working out each week? How do you split the muscle groups? any niche exercises that you've found have a profound impact on results?

 

Also, what supplements are you all using - both conventional (creatine, protein etc) and non-conventional (steroids etc)?

 

For reference, I've currently just finished my 4th cycle and I've noticed that my results are starting to plateau. My last cycle of 8 weeks consisted of:

  • 150mg of Test Propionate (Every other day)
  • 100mg of Tren Ace (Every other day)
  • 50mg of Winstrol (Daily) 

It was the first time I've introduced Winstrol into the cycle after previous lackluster results but again I didn't get what I was expecting.

6 days a week, back & shoulders, chest, bi's & tris, legs, rest, repeat. Im gene blessed and have strong legs and with the amount of cardio outside of the gym no need for me to train intensely, again all up to style. I currently take ZMA (zinc magnesium aspartate), Kre-Alkalyn Powder (More Pure Creatine), and B12 Supplements. All natural here, Currently 150 Pounds at 9% body fat bulking.

What is your diet looking like? That is a big factor. Also If you can take the heat I recommend at-least 45 minutes in the sauna, with a cold plunge or cold shower to follow, and to state the obvious lots of water no alcohol lol.

I am in my second cycle now, running 500mg test e and 800mg mast e. weighing 90kg / ~200lbs 18% bf.

And surprisingly I didn’t turn into an homosexual or started watching femboy porn (only 2 times). But I literally can only cum from sadistic maso bdsm shit where the women gets beaten until she cries (with consent). Mostly into lezdom because I didn’t like seeing dicks.

I never told my girlfriend about it, because I knew she wouldn’t be into it, but that bitch took me by surprise and asked me herself last time in my car to start slapping her face. And no I didn’t hold in, maybe punched her a couple of times and now I am not allowed to slap her face again.

So that’s a problem I am facing right now, because I can’t even find any escorts that are willing to get beat for money.

But besides that the gains are going crazy

@ Rufus  I use to do 4-6 days a week. break your days into Around 2-6 muscle groups. Some workout you can hit 2 muscle groups as to others you can hit 4-6. 

 

I was taking a Protein, Creatine/Pre-workout and a recovery supplement! But you can for sure do some searching and trying when it comes to supplements. Some work and some don’t depending on how much you’re working out throughout the week!

I work alot so usually on my days off I try my best to do :

1st day - legs 

2nd day - back and bicep - I love preacher curls and hammer curls i think they added so much width and definition into my biceps would 10/10 recommend

3rd day - chest and triceps

4th day - shoulders 

doesn't have to go in the same order usually switch it up every other week, make sure you do some type of cardio between the 4. usually if you run for like half a hour or do a bike machine for maybe 20 minutes on some level of difficulty it will help a lot if your on gear to not get man boobs. and being on gear your eating quite alot so make sure your burning the fat off too. 

I would make sure you do sit-ups and planks and some pushups everyday as well. working hard on your core is really important for seeing a physical difference not just the weight u can sling around.

 

I do the c4 bottled preworkout on legs and chest days that's abt it, I don't use protein powder or any supplements. however i have a friend who is currently on gear and he is taking the amino acid pills they help him digest food and breakdown the proteins. so to each your own.

are you time limited when you go to the gym? i personally prefer a PPL split with an extra day tagged on for pure cardio (play rugby), what does your cardio setup look like? also give more detail about your leg day or else

i wouldnt use c4 bottled pre, ive heard they have high levels of lead in which explains a lot really, i mix my own when im between gorilla mode deliveries and it works out to like 10p per serving, derek from mpmd actually has a great breakdown of c4 in one of his videos

idk if im having a reading comprehension moment but is he taking the amino acid pills to help him break down proteins? is he just taking straight protease? how much protein is he eating a day that he needs to take this? does he fucking stink?

I am not limited on gym time but I don't get a lot of time between work and sleep so i use the off days for the gym. 

Cardio is pretty much after everyday after a workout - note its not a whole like marathon but its a simple 20-30 minutes of running or treadmill to maintain a healthy body weight. 

same for sit-ups and pushups those are usually found within the day maybe after a session of gaming lol. just set aside like 30 minutes a day and bust out maybe 100 of each something light.

leg day (reps vary depending on if its heavy weight or not) - squat, legpress, leg extensions, calf raises (sitting/standing), fuck hack squat machine gay asf shit sucks, hip abductors

and some running after. might be a machine or workout i missed but i think thats all rn.

if i don't drink the bottled c4 I'm running the total war pre workout drinks those are alright i like the apple and orange those are the only ones i fw.

Derek from more plates more dates is cool too, I watch these guys their not bad to give a listen too.

ATHLEAN-X - some good workouts to try if your kinda lost in the sauce
 
as for the amino acids i can link them, he eats a fuck ton. Id have to ask his daily calorie intake but i know he is eating 4-5 meals a day and yeah stinky as fuck bro smells like a Romanian whore house.

I'm also experimenting with low dose Psilocybin and Ketamine prior to working out as it is proven to improve focus and motivation in lab settings during the animal testing phase but it's too soon to gauge the results. I'll keep you all in the loop. I can share the papers if any one else would like to potentially trial this with me.

I'd be interested in seeing what low dose psilocybin can do for this because of how it relaxes the muscles, I'd say it has some potential benefit

Back on Tuesday
arms on wed
legs thurs
chest fri

11 min ab circuit after each day I also am addicted to shoulders so i shoulder press every day (retard)

2x protein shakes (i try and use chocolate milk if my dining hall has it) a lean protein focused diet with large amounts of veggies I try to eat 2 fairly large meals a day but no snacking at all

As for pre my buddy has his own company If anyone wants to try some LMK also use creatine every time 


Chest 
- bench,
-incline bench,
-chest flys,
-cable work

Back
- lat pulldown
-seated cable close grip rows 
- shrugs
-different style rows t bar, machine etc
- single arm pulldowns 
-lat raises 

Arms
-triceps pushdowns/extensions
-tricep cable work 
- preacher curls
-regular curls
- dips
-forearm curls

Legs (personal favorite) 
-leg press
-hack squats
-leg extensions
-hamstring curls
-calf raises 

My advice to anyone looking to start is go with friends that will hold you to it.
