Serious hard hitting reporting.  No graphics, no jokes, just facts.

1.  The vast majority of APD and the server agree that @ Rexo  has been a great chief when he was active.
2.  Rexo is not active anymore.  This is becoming a winters situation all over again.   He has played two hours this month, only after being called out for inactivity.
3.  Every rank on the server is expected to make their times, and the chief should set that example.

Nobody hates you @ Rexo .  Well besides House.  Things come up in life.  We get bored with games, we get busy in life.  It's perfectly normal and it happens.  
Right now the server needs all hands on deck, and every position actively staffed.  This time it hurts the server way more than it did with Winters' afking Chief.

Most people think you've done a great job, but most people also think it's time to step aside and pass the reigns to @ xsmitherz .  Step back to deputy chief, and if he needs to go inactive, it can be passed back without drama because it was all based on organized decisions on what's best for the server, and not a violent coup as your predecessors faced. 

I have faith in you @ Rexo .   I know the type of guy you are.  I know you'll do the right thing if you can't come back and be as active as we need you to be.

I hate the APD about as much as an APD member can hate it, which, surprisngly is even more so than when I wasn't in the APD and I REALLY hated the APD when I wasn't in it. But every time I've talked to rexo he sincerely sounds like he is annoyed as fuck about all the work he has to do and all the work he has done and how he has no time and he spends so much of it on the APD, which leads me to believe that he does actually spend a lot of time for the APD faction, just in behind the scenes administrative bullshit.

I put in a fucking 1 hour long IA on some APD officer, and I talked to rexo about it after he denied it and he watched every fucking frame (so he claims). The amount of IA's I've put in that were specifically DENIED by rexo is something. I think this does indicate that he is active, just active in ways outside the server.

Let's imagine a simple scenario. Let's say Rexo and xsmithers both have 10 hours per week to dedicate to APD. xsmithers might be doing 5 hours in game, and 5 hours behind the scenes stuff, but rexo as chief might be doing 10 hours behind the scene, and 0 hours in game. If we simply give xsmithers chief, he might also appear as inactive as you claim rexo to be right now. There aren't behind the scenes play times so we really can't tell.

if he is actually inactive behind the scenes as well then yeah lets get a new chief

I'm sure he does.  He used to do it and play with his people all the time.  It's all exhausting.  It's a lot of work.  People need to play with their chief tho.  They need to learn from them by behavior, respect them.  It's part of what makes the APD the APD.  And a series of varying officers with no unified force isn't a unified force that causes the APD to win based off of that leadership, and conduct themselves in an appropriate way while doing so.   He deserves a break, and we need to stop seeing a chief being burnt out as a dishonor.  Just pass the torch, great fucking job.   We appreciate you.

The Sovereign was the only other person who could have voted in time. So The Sovereign wants rexo to step down i'm sure of this

@ Rexo 's number one weakness is that he's actually a good dude.  He will put the server first.

That's cool, but how many of the JR APD have even met him outside of disciplinary measures.  He's not playing with them.  2 hours in a month of playtime is very very low.  A PO has higher requirements than that.  I get there's IA work and all, but there used to be a lot more.  We need presence.  

Right now we need an active chief more than ever focused on building and growing the APD.  It's not going to do that itself like it used to.  Every role needs filled.  The roster looks like a half completed hitlist right now.

Yo rexo is reading! anyway, I think saying he's inactive just cuz he only does behind the scenes stuff is unfair, saying that he needs to also have some in game time, or get replaced by someone who does in game time, is more fair. I'm sure (i actually have no fucking idea) that rexo would love to replace the behind the scenes stuff with in game playing, but he just doesn't feel like he has the time to. And if we got another chief, they could maybe have more in game time, but be seriously neglecting out of game stuff.
