I want a healthy rotation of chiefs so we always have an active one.  That's my take.

That is a fair take I could see that working out if they flip flopped the highest ranking sapd at the time each month or week or even left it to a community vote each month who would take over for the next month out of the highest ranking apd to see if there is a better option would be a interesting idea to maybe take into consideration if it comes to that point

If relying on a voting system it would have to be apd only and anonymous while still verifying every count votes once.   Would need to be like 6 month terms at least with proper impeachment procedures if they start being too inactive.

Also, should be a system in place where you can become chief again if you step down responsibly, but if you aren't doing the job and hold onto role for your ego it's a chief blacklist if the server has to force you out.

 

If they're willing to strangle a server to death that's already struggling just to feel important, they don't deserve the role.

A significant number of no votes were clearly faked.  Way too many all at once back to back in the middle of the night with no cops even on.  It's ip based.   Not hard to do especially when one Sr apd on his side has access to infinite ip addresses due to situations I won't doxx.   Despite that, yes still winning.

Play time doesnt matter if his choices are better for crucial matters. Other dude can play all day but lacks the intellect for important decisions. 

If he is busy irl that can even add to his knowledge for an online gaming community.

im not simping lol... i just don't believe its important for him to actually play the server as long as hes logging a couple hours a week everything's good... paper work is more important
