I had a tummy ache and didn't complain once.

I dreamt about aliens introducing themselves to humanity the other night. It was one of those dreams that didn't feel like a dream - it felt real. Anyway, I'm not gonna type it all out and bore you, but in the dream I was so scared I literally shit myself. When I woke up from the dream, I was soaking wet from sweat and just as I was getting up out of my bed my mom walked in and blurted out something very loudly while having this weird look on her face, it was as if she was disgusted. As I turned around to look at the bed, I immediately knew what she was reacting to. It turns out that I had shit myself for real (this happens often so this wasn't the whole reason why she reacted in this way). Here's the kicker: The still warm shit on my sheets had formed into the exact shape of a FLYING SAUCER. I don't know what to say, I haven't been to work at the gas station since this happened. It's pretty obvious that these beings from another world are ready to show themselves, they're literally talking to us through dreams as shown in this scenario. I doubt I'm the only one who has experienced this but most people probably dismiss these things as coincidences but I'm telling you guys this is the real deal.

Homie, just use Shadowplay to record the last 15 minutes and depending on how long you need from that 15 minute recording, trim it down. Once you've got the hang of it, it takes 2 mins to clip, trim and post. Also, if you're an AMD-fag, use AMD 'Relive'.

Ultimately, it's a choice to pursue those positions - the responsibility is not thrust upon people. You can't negate the acts of, or conspiracy of nepotism, without making changes. These threads and allegations are commonplace and whether they're correct or not, it's understandable for people to think there's not smoke without fire. They may see a thread like this and notice that it's mainly the Admins mentioned and people from their gangs arguing against other community members. It's obvious from how popular and argued these threads are, people believe it's happening and this is only from the dedicated player base who are interactive enough to actively browse and post on the forums. There is another quite large group who don't actively use the forums but still hear this sentiment and feel it in-game and those are the players who are most likely to churn as they're not as ingrained in the community. Perception is as important as reality. My whole point, I guess, is that I believe that this is the best server available to play Altis Life and I'd like it to thrive - not die. There is obviously resentment in the community and if solving that means we may have less attentive Admins or an increase in time for a ticket to be resolved etc, maybe that's a trade off the community would take. I'd like to think that there are members of the community who would take on that responsibility to help the server thrive regardless. Not forgetting that there are other factions staff can play.

Whether it's right or wrong, with the amount of drama caused by having active Admins in gangs, is it not best to follow what a lot of servers across a lot of other games do and have it so that Admins can't be part of groups/gangs? These threads happen frequently and in-game, lots of people talk about it. In terms of server longevity, you don't want people put off by perceiving certain in-game interactions this way and then having their perception confirmed, rightly or wrongly, when reading this shit all the time or vice versa. Even if we all believe what is spouted by the powers that be and decide that there's no outright abuse and there's no obvious bias, I've taken enough bullshit diversity and inclusion sessions in the past to know that unconscious bias is a thing. Alternatively, we could have an Admin in every gang and we can all abuse and then band together to defend and deny it on the forums.
