Plus more stuff in the future. A cop stack timer is not one of them at the moment. It is a touchy subject and needs to be implemented right if it is. There is a difference between limiting APD spots because too many cops are joining too quickly on a federal event and limiting APD spots because rebels are too retarded to get enough people on to actually do an event (or complaining because 5 more cops joined after they started a federal reserve robbery with only 5 cops on).
