how does one delete and edit posts?

I believe you can only edit posts within a certain time period. I don't know the exact time, but it's around 30-60 minutes. No one besides staff members are able to delete posts.
to edit posts, there should be a little box at the bottom of the posts that says edit. If you are able to edit, it would appear right next to where it says to quote the post.
