Pretty sure the old APD stings even though they were removed from the APD still DO tase, buy them off people.

Everything is provided. Gang wars is hosted on it’s own server with a different mission file. Admins spawn in ifrits, hatchbacks, etc. and you just get your loadout for free.

For my personal settings, I have "Effects" down to about 10-20%.

Pretty sure Direct Chat volume relies on efffect volume, not sure though.
