Similar to what corporal moob is saying but from what I know there has always been a separate text for Titans, or else no one would know the actual level of threat in-order to make an appropriate response once receiving a standard gang message especially considering "or be titaned' isn't really clear that your going to get titaned, it just means there's a chance we might...which makes it confusing. If the admins decide that message suffices to Titan us then a lot more people are going to start titaning each other because 90% of gangs include "or be titaned" in their engagement text and can now just surprise the shit out of a pilot with a standard gang text. A simple example is if a gang needs a pickup/drop off through a heli (pilots been given a standard gang engagement text with "or be titaned" 3 minutes prior) into a situation that is not a red zone, they wouldn't know what to do because technically they have been engaged through titan 3 minutes prior and the opposing gang doesn't need to send a separate titan message.
