Guys, stop the squabbling... lets be honest all the people commenting on this video are Scythe and TBL... I run with y'all sometimes and its no secret TBL/Scythe and HS have been trying to get each other banned. Disputing aftering every interaction for the weakest of shit and hoping something sticks is petty and immature and is the type of shit that kills the server.. @ -dante- is doing the right thing by looking at all the facts and intent and weighing that into his decision.. believe it or not Dante spends a lot of time trying to make the fair proper decision and not robo through reports./. its clear based on the facts it was a mistake.. you lost nothing..(actually gained more)... serial reporting to get someone permed is what is killing this server... not bias admins... Take the comp as your W, not trying to perm someone

TBL runs with Scythe and Scythe and Type03 (or HotShots in general) have been ban waring. Any time a report doesn't go through or a ban is reduced a similar bitchy post is made... i play with both groups sometimes and its just petty squabbling... Instead of trying to kill the server by getting some of the few frequent active players banned... how about you war in game and stop letting a video game get to you (im talking to both groups)...

WPL allows you to legally carry up to a katiba and basically black market legal equivalent guns and its only 50K. Meanwhile, the rebel equivalent is 5M just to buy more weapons and 5M + per processor to get bonuses and sell bonus.. WPL already gives you sell boost, more guns legal (in any gun store) and is only 50K... there has to be balance somewhere

Staff doesn’t show proof for scripting bans because it could be used by other scripters to skurt detection.. as someone whose banned plenty of people for scripting in the past.. the bar to get banned for scripting is pretty high and most of the time involves input for multiple staff members and devs and usually countless hours investigating. If they’re denying your ban outright, you were likely doing something wrong.. first step to getting back on the server is to admit you F’d up.. then wait out your time..

you ever hear the saying, "Its always the second guy that gets caught?" Next time clip and dispute, if they don't pay, report... then the only one getting banned is them....

The thing most people don't get is there is the literal 'rule breaking' and there is the 'intent to break a rule'... Staff isn't going to ban someone for making a genuine mistake, then trying to fix it... if someone messes up, recognizes they messed up, then immediately offers comp or whatever to right the issue... that person isn't the same as someone intentionally breaking a rule, then using comp as a way to stay unbanned... Bans are to act as a warning to those who aren't playing the game in good faith... not to flex internet powers over someone who made a mistake... There once was a time where staff couldn't be in gangs because of 'proclaimed bias'... it was lifted because staff would group up with their friends anyway so it made no difference and there was no proof of bias.. most staff will make their groupmates comp and make it right if they mess up... Stop being petty, rules are there to keep the game fair... genuine mistakes shouldn't be punished if they are made right (aka comp, etc.)

this! unfortunately, rats will be rats, its best to understand the rules and if you believe you are in the right, close the dispute and go about your day... new comers should read the rules before playing on the server and with the wonderful wiki, its never been easier to check a rules out...

I mean kinda hard to police intent… rats will try to cheese the dispute system.. can’t ban someone for improperly interpreting or quoting the rules unless they in fact broke that rule.. aka, people are allowed to be wrong.. server has lots of grey areas.. dispute system does cut down on report

No program is going to improve your ping.. 2 options: 1. Better/faster connection 2. Move closer to server ping is simply the response time between a and b. Adding a program won’t improve that..
