So I interacted with you twice last night while on cop, the first time you instantly started talking about cheating officer and going to support, so even with 9 min left til restart, I instructed my officers not to process you until that is settled, which resulted in you being robo copped because there was like 2-3 mins left... The second time i processed you, which was in kavala, you didn't say a word until i was about to seize your weapon and I asked if you wanted to keep your gear for you paying your ticket. I paused after every question and gave you a chance to RP with me (even lightly) and you chose not to RP. I didn't stack on charges and let you keep you stuff. While yes, there are instances where some cops don't RP when processing, but what restrictions are you talking about? Cops in life run plates, BOLO's are issued for criminals, driving offroad/speeding will get you puled over. Every single legal area has a road to follow. One thing I AGREE with you is FOR APD ONLY, you should see the name of the vehicle owner not the driver, then you'd have to RP getting drivers name if they're wanted, which CAN be recognizing you on a wanted poster if they get out of the car. But if you aren't speeding and are on roads in a friends car whose not wanted, you'd come back clean... this would force some light RP for PC... Outside of that, you get back what you put into RP. Great many cops will make the experience fun if you're willing to be fun. Most of the cops the won't RP also won't process.

I agree with all except fed money, economy already sucks... maybe boost all non-fed event (ie pharma, banks, etc.)
