Hades I couldnt agree more, that is my stance on it. But I feel the APD handbook need to be accurate if we expect people to be studying it to get whitelisted, there could be more things missing that some people would know and others would not. But I guess the most important thing when you want to get whitelisted is knowing all of the base rules first. I thought I would just bring it to your attention in case it hasn't been seen before

I would just like to bring this up real quick because there has been a little controversy in the APD about it... Admins, if you can please, clear this up and fix the rule contradiction to whichever side, just make the sections the same. This rule is in the base rule book of Olympus under chapter 12 article 10 in the APD hostage section of it 10. If negotiations are done and both parties have come to an agreement once the situation is over then both parties are to go there own way. This means APD may not immediately arrest the hostage takers nor may the hostage takers shoot the APD involved. However this rule is not stated in the APD handbook. Which to me obviously if the rule is in either of the books it must be followed, some officers would disagree. So I thought I would bring it to everyone attention so it could be resolved thank you for your time.

In all fairness hades you make a very valid point but running a successful Hemmt box run is about 5% considering more than half the players at any given time are trying to find people to rob, and seeing how a Hemmt Box is the largest vehicle both physically and inventory wise it is such a huge target, also you are probably trying to protect yourself with a full set of gear while you are doing your run. As far as the economy goes, I really enjoy it. For me I make about 1mil every 45min if I want to and if I am alone. I love that everyone is not running around with mk18s like before. Trunk space makes sense in the post wipe. However I do believe that the economy is a major reason new players do not stick around, something must be done about this. What I propose: Make being a rebel even more expensive and a civilian less expensive. I would say anything above a TRG needs to be more expensive along with everything else a good rebel is made of. Make an mk18 really hurt the pocket. This is considering that the market gets a little easier but not where it was before and really really try to entice people to do legal things and not become a rebel. I think this might increase enjoyment of the server for everyone, let me know what you guys think. Haters gonna hate

You are right Trenton. We all need to take a step and make the server more welcoming to new players, one way way that I like to RP with some people when I find them driving on the highway is text them: "Please pullover to the shoulder of the road, this is a customs check". I hope and pray for their sake they will pull over for good rps sake. We land and ask for the keys and explain we are just going to make sure there is nothing illegal in the trunk with our guns down the entire time. some will give the keys, the ones that dont we restrain and lockpick the car, if there are illegal items, yes we rob the car, take the drugs and set them on their way, but if no illegal goods, they pass the check and give them a lollipop. I really try to make people feel safe to do legal goods, there should be about no risk if you are following the law. Lets try to help the server people, lets not rob people who are doing legal goods, its like 20k for you, and thats nothing... Do your part role-play the situation, that is why we are all here anyhow.

So I am just curious... Obviously it would be a long shot for Olympus to add snipers, pun intended. Is there anything that buying this new DLC will add to olympus that would otherwise be unattainable? such as the heron for example.
