Ok so this is what im getting out of the whole titan thing now, if you are engaged with another group in a redzone a text for the titan does not have to be sent you can just titan them now apparently ?

It's been in the rules about titans and redzones for quite awhile. The last time titan rules were even messed with was on 3-1-2015 and it was just an addition.
