The fuse that keeps tripping might be going bad. Saying circuit box does not help much as there are generally at least a dozen breakers in one box.

Maybe 100,000 and 150,000 is a little steep, but 20,000 is too low. Also would be great to have large, safe, zones in certain areas. If people commit crimes in those areas their fines are doubled.

Make manslaughter a 100,000 dollar a pop crime against civs and 150,000 a pop crime if you kill a cop. Maybe people would think twice before killing someone.

Altis is not the same island they filmed lord of the flies on, which means you all dont have to act like a bunch of blood thirsty heathens. Altis has seemingly turned into an alternate version of call of duty, expect you have more to lose if you die. Its disappointing that you cannot trust anyone and you have to watch your back as if your strolling through 8 mile at 2 AM. Many argue that its a combat sim. It is; however, Altis Life is something else and should not be treated as such. Fire fights are fun and exciting but it gets tedious when its the same ole thing no matter who you encounter. Civs are like little kids. They need activities to do or they will get into trouble. Things will not change until more activities are created to keep people busy.

If a person is caught after an incident and they decide to pull a bunch of BS by saying they have a fake face, no fingerprints, and no blood then you simply take them to HQ, add an expensive John Doe charge, and send their ass straight to jail. See ya John Doe the Shitter! Boom! Done deal! I have always felt that the quality of the RP should not be measured by the interaction that transpires during processing. RP, IMO, should take place when the person is stopped. We are trying to RP as cops not public defenders. Only lawyers actually give a shit what a guilty person says, and thats because they get paid to. Facts and circumstances, thats it. If there is no PC, no facts, and no circumstance that warrants stopping, citing, or jailing the person then leave em be. Anyways, opinions are like ass holes and mine stinks like the rest, lol. The Chief of Police has stated that APD can use tilda. He is the final authority as it pertains to this issue. I still play as I always have. It really does not affect me, other then there is no John Doe charge >:(. This simply means those with warrants need to be more careful and shouldnt be fuckin off around Kavala square when the APD are around. You would think it would actually make things more exciting for criminals.

Just a note. The new system was not overwhelming supported by R&R personnel. The fact that people cannot rely on the person still being there when they respond to the call is huge. I do not know the limitations of the new system. Some things to hopefully consider. Request button that prevents people from re-spawning Animation when reviving Change revive action so that once revive is initiated medic does not have to hold down button, which would allow the medic to move and look around during the revive. Indicator on dead persons screen saying how far away the medic is. Remove notification when APD members are killed. It would be nice to have a function that would allow the medic to hit a button once a revive request is received. Once the button is hit it would tell the dead person that the medic has received the call and is enroute or is in Q. Drag bodies! Im probably forgetting something.

If I had to create a force continuum, to demonstrate the seriousness of an action, I would probably put murder above assault... As it states under threats " or have threatened to inflict serious bodily harm to R&R personnel". If they kill you they have gone beyond assault(threats) straight to action. To me that is justification to deny them service if you so choose. The person does not have to kill you, they are choosing to. You to have a choice. You dont have to deny them, you are choosing to. Quid pro quo in a sense.

No one would surrender if they knew the person was gonna strip all their gear. they would fight and either kill you or die.

Giving a medic a heads up would be nice. People will remember who kills them in red zones. They are likely not to go back to get anyone if they get gunned down every time they go in. So it goes both ways.

This rule is not going away. Things wont always work out in your favor. As was stated. Kill the medic or try to take him or her hostage.

Agreed on this one. It would also be interesting if cartels had visible boarders on the map. That way everyone could see what cartel they are in. Hell gangs may then choose just to hold and defend certain parts of the map. Let all illegal transaction that transpire within that are give the holding cartel gang a cut. That might be more interesting then cartels that control one illegal item. That might be a nightmare to pull off though, not sure.
