To me, with <= 15 civs, milking is very necessary, especially when there are a lot of lethals. With 25+ people and the cops being heavily outnumbered, milking doesn't matter as much.

I'm just ready for a fed where we have PO lethals, to which the only counter is milking. But wait. We cant milk either. Yikes.

It's weird that in all the 20 something bws and feds in the past couple days, we've only seen a couple hawks and not very many hunters, even when there are SAPD on. You'd think they might use the resources that they have first before asking for more.

Honestly I realize it's pretty stupid but there's only so much space on the map for processors and harvesting and we need to balance the map of legal and illegal zones, old frog pro was too close to air but there's no spot right now that's close to harvesting and balanced.

Not sure about sirens, but definitely shots.

Sorry should have specified, this is the daily average value. It's easier to think about this way and makes it comparable to our past data.

Grouped the runs together (eg processed frog and acid are under one). A bit easier to look at.

Right? Here's the outcome of 5000 trials of 100 5 mil bets. The horizontal axis is how much you would have left, and the vertical axis is how many trials ended within 10m of that value. 

The chance that you end up back at zero is higher than winning or losing 150m, but that's still a possibility. It's pretty symmetrical. In fact, the more trails run, the more symmetrical it would be, meaning you're just as likely to win 100m as lose it. Seems pretty 50/50 to me. Funny how math works.
