I say remove the CSAT cloths. Like others stated, different uniforms will be seen and the RP will be more realistic. 1-2 hits kills allow a more realistic feel to the server. Cause less raging for sure when you hit a kid in the upper chest when he should be dead yet survives.

I picked the Mk18 just because I'm so used to it however I've recently switched to the mk1 and you definitely can see a difference in damage and the recoil. Couldn't agree more @Joel. But Rco for the win all day ever day

Also the problem with this is when the person leaves the server and there player turns to bones, the server has no idea the bounty they had on there head so thats why you don't can will not receive bounty from a combat logger. Hope this helped xD
