According to Fedot's post you can fix the connection failed bug by clearing the DNS cache. But he did not state exactly how to fix it. Close ArmA 3 Run Command Prompt as Administrator Run the following: ipconfig /flushdns Re-open ArmA and it should be fixed. All credit goes to Fedot:
