Would encourage people to rdm even more than they do already. Maybe if you have them restrained and when the kidney gets taken they have 7 minutes to get to a hospital like dopamine.

It's never going to happen considering the fact that if they APD Taze and Restrain someone a  Civ could just come up out of nowhere and steal there kidney  therefore its very frustrating for the Civilians  in said restraints and the APD because there in charge of said Civilians safety. But in some cases If the APD Tazed and Restrained someone and they were lets say fighting the Civilian's gang or something then some random can come steal there Kidney and that could potentially  fuck the overall process of everything.

Also never going to happen because someone could abuse this and get money like no other. Say Kidneys are 40k again and after a period of time you Kidney can heal back  someone could just keep you locked away and just farm your kidneys for a profit .

I could potentially see this being added back in but we would have to even out the kinks. Make it more fair to the player because last time we had the organ stealing function people were pretty much dead as soon as a organ was taken. People had to respawn everytime because it would take 5 minutes just to walk to the hospital from the kavala police hq. There would need to be a long timer on getting the organ out, then there would need to be a timer for the victim to reach a hospital for "surgery" in a adequate amount of time without them dying or having to respawn. Possibly making it so they can still jog to the hospital without having to take a "death walk". Ultimately it would be up to Jesse and Poseidon to find out what would work and how to balance the gameplay functions.

Not a bad idea but back in the day if your Kidney got taken from you then your legs would be broken like they should because if someone harvests your kidney your going to be in a lot of pain and say someone could bring you into the middle of the fields of Altis and harvest your kidney  there and leave you therefore your fucked so your going to die either way. Also having it like that could lead to other problems such as if you were in restraints and someone took your kidney your timer would start and after that said 7 minutes you would die so if the APD had you in restrains and shots were fired at the HQ they wouldn't be able to help you or anything due to the fact there trying to keep your safe by dealing with whats going on outside the HQ your just going to die inside anyways. Also people can just restrain you and take your kidney and leave you restrained somewhere therefore if you don't get help from someone you will die.

1. Maybe you could have it so the only person who can harvest the kidney is the person who restrained them, and once they got their kidney stolen they were immediately unrestrained, or maybe after a minute, they got unrestrained.

2. Once unrestrained they could then run to a medic or hospital. If they ran to medic it could cost them and maybe be like a windows key thing for the medic, and if they did it in the field, maybe there health would be maxed at a certain number until they then went to a hospital for a full heal. Obviously a medic can't do something in the field that a doctor can only do in an operating room. So the field heal stabilizes them or could give them longer to get to the hospital, but it would cost money in the field. Although obviously if you go to the hospital the. It would be free and instantly heal you.

would you be going to the black market to sell the kidneys? I do like the idea of only the person who restrained you able to take your kidneys, and maybe waiting 45 seconds after your kidney is taken to get unrestrained automatically, then having 15 minutes to jog back and get surgery
