I have some ideas for the News team to make it more attractive to players debating if they want to join or not.

1. The News team lead can be given a budget for the month or week (depending on how active the news team is) and depending on the quality of the video and how many likes it gets on the forums, more money can be given out.

2. Players can be given more money per paycheck
