Are cops allowed to Knee you when restrained?

Had a cop Knee me last night when I was restrained for a 3k ticket. Just curious if its allowed for Officers.

no this is never allowed in the APD and is taken very seriously!!! I highly encourage you to submit on the next cop that knees you while restrained.

Got the video of it. Was brought in on a 3k. Cop who I am not talking to and is out of the room randomly comes in the room and knees me, then proceeds to leave without saying a word. When I ask him why he did this he comes back into the room with another guy saying trying to make up excuses such as I had "flinched" and he seen me flinch into his knee....
