Genghis Khan 1131
Just got an SSD (F:). I have a 1tb HDD (E:) My os is on (C:). I dont know how it got set up like this but it did. Anyway is there a way I can make (C:). go into (F:). This is a problem because I can not change the path when installing stuff like team speak, Gyazo, And my drivers. They all go to (C:). https://gyazo.com/581091071889ce93498237a648aca6a9 Quote Link to comment

Colin L 71
You highlight the files, go to cut, and put them in the new location If you want to change the location of your OS its a bit more difficult. Restart your pc and go to your boot menu when the prompt shows up Quote Link to comment
QKSILVR73 257
I think the best way to accomplish this would be to install win10 on the 1TB ssd assuming the win10 you have now isn't on an SSD. But when installing any new program it should ask you where you want to install it. Change the drive letter when it asks you to the one you want. Quote Link to comment
Piner 115
Genghis, you reinstall Windows on the SSD, then once that boots and is configured, you start moving steam folders to it. Once you have everything saved off your old drive, you wipe it and use it as extra storage. Quote Link to comment
