lil Caillou 9
Just wondering, because this rule is in such a grey area, is it allowed to restrain somebody and leave them in the middle of nowhere? Quote Link to comment
Google 872
To my current knowledge, no. Quote Link to comment
Commander Fox 20
You can leave them restrained that’s why there’s a 15 min timer. 1 Quote Link to comment

They get auto unrestrained after 15 min which is the amount to that you can "do what ever you want" so if you wanna ditch em go for it 1 Quote Link to comment

MAV 1676
As stated, you may leave someone restrained anywhere you want...they will be auto unrestrained after no longer then 15 minutes. Just remember there are certain things you can and cant do while they are in restraints or taken hostage...ie you cant kill them unless they dont REASONABLY comply with your demands.
