They must initiate, unless in a KoS Zone (Cocaine Field, Warzone Island, Rebel Outposts, etc.). If you have video evidence of you being RDM'd go under the Support Tab and make a new request then select Player Report and report them. Make sure that you have a five minute video previous of the RDM taking place to prove that there was no initiation. Quote Link to comment
