Zup , Is there any "Cartel Practice" Maps? I Would like to play "cartel scenario" with my friends and be better. I have look around in workshop but i havn´t find something yet.

Lots, theres arma servers dedicated to cqc, cartel fights, just go to the internet servers and search cqc, most maps on the cqc will be based on cartel locations and you can make your own loadout. glad to see people are getting back into cartel fights.

or you could just actually fight cartels and get better at it like the rest of us. On a more serious note, if u punch CQC into your server filter there should be a CQC server that pops up. Its pretty useful for getting your aim better.

You can download the PBO file for attack and defend and host it yourself if you join the mission at least once
