Reward cartels/cartel fighters

i know the 15% thing is being added but what else could be added do you guys think for cartels and people that cap cartels to make people actually get their 8 people @cousin @igd @memeshack @other gangs that i forget to go to cap and fight?? 
im not an og but i know from my friends that have played back in 2014-2017 that fights used to pop off everyday and it actually used to be fun to fight cap and people didnt need a reward to do it and it was just for them to be better than the opposing gang. idk what happend to that bc i never fought then

People will never have as much fun as 2014-2015 because back then cartels weren’t the focus. You would get on and cap all of them then go out and do runs, feds, rob, etc together then if someone hopped on your cartel you would drop what you were doing and fight for it back. That will never happen today because cartel fighters only like to fight cartels and most other gangs go and cap while no one is on and if someone takes the cap from them then they won’t care which results in no fights. Too many people just want to defend and not push when other gangs are taking their cartel. Owning EVERY cartel used to be a dominance thing so people were willing to push to protect it from being taken.

People now fight to "be the best", back in the day people faught 100% to fuck around and have fun.

Kind of. But people back then also wanted to be the best gang. When CROOK/MW/TI were all in the early stages we wanted to win against MC, BurBan, Mayhem etc to be the best. But it was a different kind of “the best”.

It was good times back when gangs used to enter into a gentlemens agreement to to allow medic revives at the end of a cartel fight. That way the next round could begin immediately.

it still happens, just literally 110% of the time some gang shows up while everyone is getting revived and body camps
