Just gotta say I had the exact opposite experiance.

 

Put a ticket in and it was finilized within 3 business days.

 

and this isnt even a freakin business.

I've had several instances where I submit a ticket at 0 Dark 30 and the player is banned within a few hours. Thanks [OS]!

I once had my ticket reviewed in 30 minutes. Other times, it was a maximum of 25 hours.
