Gang warehouse / shed - question

I heard that players can buy gang sheds. If so, how do we do that? And what's the price for purchasing the building, upgrade storage etc?

Need to have a gang with at least 8 members in it.  Then you can purchase the shed and it's upgrades.

Have a gang with 8 people. A shed is $20m.  All upgrades are approx another $20m.  When maxed, shed provides 10k virtual “Y” and 900 physical “I” storage  (I probably messed up the physical and virtual).  I believe only the gang leader can make the purchase for the shed and sell the shed.  It may be upgradable by only rank 4 & 5.  I haven’t tested with a rank 3.

Oh ya. Every month or so you have to pay to refresh the deed.  It starts I believe at $200k if you refresh before upgrading.  Max gang shed is $500k.

If it is fully maxed it comes out to a total of $20m each upgrade is like 1.5 cant remember off the top of my head
