karmaa 191 Posted March 31, 2019 Report Share Posted March 31, 2019 if i post 10 reports like i sometimes do how does it get filtered, cause ive noticed sometimes the first report gets looked at and than the last but the ones in between just fades away for a week or so sometimes and othertimes the first and last gets forgotten but the ones in the middle gets handled immediatly. i do understand you guys dont get paid but still dont understand how the system really works title should say support system not report i fucked that shit up 7 Quote Link to comment

Some reports just take a while due to stuff out of your control like busy/inactive staff or some specific cases take a while. Otherwise the best way to get reports done quickly is: CORRECT PLAYER ID Timestamps of videos One report per incident No essays but like a sentence or two on the situation. The name of what rule break you think happened in the report title. The insurance type of a vehicle if it’s a comp request. Ticket numbers listed in linked reports AND STILL LINK THE VIDEO OF OTHER RPEORT There is a few more. Just makes it easier to do and generally you’ll find that the staff like doing well setup tickets a bit faster Quote Link to comment
