What is the point of a discord?

I literally joined the discord looking for help for like an hour and literally nobody is helping in there so whats the point.

There's more then one place to look for help, try joining the teamspeak or sending in a ticket on the forums.

The discord isn’t used as much as the teamspeak considering everyone is on teamspeak. You’ll have much better luck using teamspeak for help.

Its a good way for people to communicate with me that have certain ideas they would like to see implemented. Discord can save peoples messages so i can review them later unlike teamspeak so its pretty useful.
