Anybody know if you can claim a APD ghosthawk

Recently, I stole an APD ghosthawk and just screwed around for an hour. Later i was told by a friend that it is claimable. I thought all cop vehicles could not be claimed. Anybody know if the Ghosthawk is claimable?

You can't claim cop vehicles, including a Ghosthawk. You can only claim civ Ghosthawks.

You aren't able to claim APD vehicles as stated by Noodles and Brolad above, however you're able to claim all armed/armored civilian vehicles (illegal vehicles).

bitch u can i was  the  only  ground  unit while the  rest were   ghost  hawks and i went up to the  guy and tased him without accidentally initiating and i was told to let him go and he  was  allowed to rekey the quillan
