Cartel caps on stats page? [Poll]

Pretty simple: should I add a page that shows the current cap percentages and owners of cartels on all servers? It would update once every ~5m.

This used to be a feature on the old stats page (back in like 2015 or something), but disappeared when we switched away from Fedot's stats page.  @Silton suggested adding it back, and i want to gauge interest.

Wouldn't this kinda persuade ghosting to come back, even tho you don't spawn on cap anymore.

Cool if it doesn't show cap being contested. If cap is contested just say it's currently capped at the % before the contest.
