Use obs or obs streamlabs and set up the replay feature. You can use a yt vid if you need but imo it has the best quality and most customization

Not for me, its especially good for arma now because you can use your gpu to process the recording. Barely effects fps for me

just set up shadow play properly there are plenty of you tube video's on  this  .. and save and upload when you need a clip

GeForce now is IMO the best option for NVidia cards and then medal.tv for AMD cards
