My donation not being accredited

I donated from tier 3 to tier 4 this past Friday, It has since not updated to my in game profile in game nor in the stats and info page. I have sent in a support ticket that has not been responded too as of yet. I have the message from Poseidon about a new donation as well as the paypal statement saying I donated 50$ dollars. Can you please accredit my donation to my in game profile ''Jack Back''. Thanks
