I mean you said it your self he plays everyday and all day so like if you know him for one or on his bad side he knows of all your houses. On top of that he could see you with a camera angle if it is adjusted properly it would have made more sense for you to crouch next to the door. 

 

its hard to catch someone cheating when you spawn at your house for one.... also maybe next time you spawn in the middle of no where at a random location.......... then we would know.
