Have you considered the fact that your own ping and desync can greatly influence what you see other players do? The most brain dead way to go about reporting/accusing someone of cheating is to post it on the forums of all places. Unless you’re in KC and post yourself aim botting in your own montage.

Fun fact, no, they weren't. I've been around this server since 2014, only became a dev in 2020 and have been seeing everything behind the scenes. It's a known fact that since I've been around, any cheater that is proven to be cheating gets banned immediately with very little chance to come back.

Recently we've allowed a few players back because they were banned over 3 years ago. I've said it once and will say it again, some people can and have changed in that time. These players however run under more strict checks than normal players, and are always guilty until proven innocent.

 

Well, this isn't quite true. Battleye isn't the greatest at what it does, and is fairly easily bypassed. That doesn't mean they don't update semi-frequently, and are run on a ban-wave system so as to not give away detection vectors. Infistar is an entirely different system that detects different things. The way infistar detects things is entirely obsolete at this point, and is only good at detecting surface-level/script cheats (in-game added cheats).

I personally have made an anti-cheat in Arma over multiple thousands of hours that targets nearly everything that Arma has to offer and have been successful in detecting about 90% of obvious cheaters. Obviously this isn't going to be fool-proof when you have a client-trusted system instead of a server-based service. There's also things that are unable to be detected from what Arma has to offer, not for my lack of trying though.

 

I do appreciate when people submit reports about people they feel are cheating, as they do find people that either got through our radar, or are cheating while they are a known part of the community. When someone gets reported, I look through all their logs, run a few scans I've created over the years, then personally watch them in-game through some work around methods I have to evade their spectating detection. This spectating can last from less than an hour to multiple hours over multiple days, where I've caught people within a few seconds.

We try to keep everything fair and true to banning cheaters and not allowing any cheaters back on our server. I am very strict when it comes to scripting bans so our regular players can have decent uninterrupted playtime.

So instead of solving the problem and admitting you made a mistake and showed the community how biased you are towards some players. Is it your girlfriend who is exploiting this mistake?

Let's say it's not cheating or using a hack, but rather using bug in the game as you said:
Let's go back to the respectable server law that you and your biased peers are supposed to respect.

What did your dear administration do to a person named RODMAN who was permanently banned even though you did not prove that he was using any hacking program but you monitored him and banned him immediately why don't you do that to these players who are your friends or could be responsible with you in the administration?

So for all the players of the server you are allowed to use this bug because it is a mistake of the game and not your mistake hahahahaha

This is because you are not their best friend or one of their gang members my friend. Or because you are not working as an administrator without a salary, so you get a bonus that you can fuck as many new unsupported players as you want. Apply for free to work in the administration and you will be able to do whatever you want, but not to the administrative players or their friends.

The original video... As in the one you uploaded to this post... I don't think you're understanding exactly whats going on here. You and multiple others stated "hacks". I pointed out it isn't a hack. I have no idea about any report on this video, as it isn't a cheat.

It seems more of a case between them exploiting a bug vs coming across it by chance. Its entirely dependant on who used it, and whether they intended it. I did this twice while on cop and had no idea wtf happened, thought I was somehow in god mode and only then clued in after the second attempt that it was linked to an old bug. Not really much we can do to determine if it was the first time it happened from a single video.

You call bias, yet none of your videos or situations have any indication of bias at all.

A person like you who is an employee as a developer in the game. That is, you have great knowledge of the game and are quite intelligent, when he sees such a video, an old person in the game who knows all its mistakes and how to exploit these mistakes, jumps to a height of about 30-50 meters in order to fight one of the people and speed up before he stores his machine. He does not know that this jump will kill him immediately. But he prayed to God and He answered him by chance, as this old mistake was activated, which was fixed about years ago.

Just to build on what @ Fraali  has already said:

as most know I am very active with tickets and I even like to go through resolved appeals and tickets to see how other people made decisions, see if theres any mistakes etc. I can confirm that Fraali doesn't allow any cheaters back unless theyve been banned for MANY years. The only thing that he does is make sure they are in fact cheating out of fairness because banning people for cheating without evidence of actual cheating is shitty and sets a pretty poor precedent. Which means if we ban you for scripting - its about 95% accurate. Which means they STAY banned. Which is what we want when it comes to cheaters. If there's one staff member you can expect to stay impartial through and through, especially when it comes to cheating, its this motherfucker. 

As for the dude who didnt die from the heli drop - I am pretty sure that I was the one that denied the report for cheating. If it was a cheat, such as god mode, he wouldnt have died immediately after from bullets. That being said, I have seen that happen even when there isnt an active bug. The amount of times ive jumped out of a heli that was about to crash while playing cop and got lucky to not die over the years is pretty high. Obviously if this same person continues to do it and is clearly abusing the bug to gain an advantage then please re-report and they will be banned. But a one off where they died anyways isnt enough to prove abuse. 

I do my best to be transparent and available for everyone for situations like these and others. I know some of you guys havent had great experiences with consistency and if there are people being inconsistent, I do hope you report them to Sr Staff. I will say for me - Im in a one man gang by myself and I dont play with anyone besides when i hop on cop. I am open to explaining anything when people have questions and I have even had a pretty regular line of communication with players in Devreler such as @ 911  and @ YouRock Obama  etc. I also welcome that line of communication with anybody else. I am an open book, I will be as transparent as I can and be as honest as I can be to help you understand why decisions have been made one way or another. 

TLDR; Fraali basically says fuck all cheaters. Report people abusing shit and suspecting cheaters. And I love you

Trying to be informational and was referring to a video that one of your gangmates posted in a report. If there are genuine issues I’d like to help but being an asshole to any staff that responds will get you nowhere. In the video you posted, it’s relevant to the one I mentioned because of the jump out of the heli.
