opponentmule2 72
Use shadowplay if you can, you can save whenever you want. Quote Link to comment
Odin 1073
https://obsproject.com/ This is also what I use. Haven't had any issues and is semi-customizable as far as what goes on your screen (timestamps and sometimes what is playing from Pandora in my case). Quote Link to comment

Head Admin Grandma Gary 10387 Posted August 25, 2014 Head Admin Report Share Posted August 25, 2014 Shadowplay needs to be manually turned on for each new game you play, after that it should be always on for that game as long as NVIDIA Geforce Experience is running. The only downside is the recordings are high quality and can result in large files. My settings are currently to record audio, medium video quality, in game resolution at 30 fps at 5 minutes per video and the file sizes range from 400-700MB each. If space isn't an issue then you're golden. Quote Link to comment
Hades 1423
Keep in mind if your using it to submit proof though the audio needs to be enabled or it will get denied. Quote Link to comment
PoLaRBe4r 67
I use the tool that comes with the Catalyst software for my Video Card. And it does this very well. Also allows playback and twitch streaming, plus youtube auto upload Quote Link to comment
MileHighCaliber 3
turns out I can't get that to work either so I guess overwolf it is. something with the NVIDIA won't work in my computer and the other one wont let me hear sound from my headset nor will it pick up me talking from the mic and overwolf solves both problems. my internet sucks ass so if it records 30 fps it's recording at double or triple what I'm usually running at on average. SniperMcRifle 55
Nvidia Shadowplay only works with 660+ geforce cards MileHigh. That might be your problem. That aside, I use Shadowplay. Quote Link to comment
