Capture The Flag Build

Come check out the new Capture The Flag build on the dev server. NPC is near the church south of Kavala Square, you'll see him on your left if your driving south. Server password is koolaids Filter olympus in the hostname to find it but hurry as this will only be up for a limited time - djwolf

You should have it so the winners make 10k per player

It's not a lot and you'd make more doing legal stuff but hey it would actually be nice for newbies to get started playin some good old capture the flag

Good morning, Olympus. Thank you to @jarred maler @Chaos, @cLoak, @Colt, and @Grandma Gary for helping me to gather some useful data for the CTF system. Problems were identified and they will be fixed. Also, thank you to @Poseidon for launching the test server on such short notice. You guys are amazing, and you will probably be seeing either an updated development build here soon, or the release of it on the live server.

I specifically decided not to do that because of various different reasons. If we were to make that 10k a lot cheaper, it might become much more of a possibility.
