i'm pretty close to 2 years since really playing this game. I'm done for good now though. I found a permanent solution :p

Can't even do a run anymore without the servers crashing on me

Always be recording game play. I would suggest "OBS" as a recording software, using monitor capture. I do so with 0 FPS loss.
