That's not what happens. A variable is stored on every vehicle with information on who has keys to it, the first person listed is always the owner. If anything was to happen where the owner couldn't be retrieved then the vehicle is treated as if it has level 1 insurance by default.

Stay outta kavala at first, it's the #1 location for griefers and rdmers. Look for a group to play with if you're into that, they can help you get on your feet and learn the ropes.

I will be nerfing titans before adding them back so they no longer 1 hit kill, and ill make it so it actually shows who killed with the titan or atleast who shot it. They'll be back soon.

Due to exploiting I had to temporarily disable getting them back after getting chopped. You should always get them back after explosion tho. Also if you didn't know insurance goes away after your vehicle blows up, you need to buy it again if it gets destroyed.

I try to stay away from scopes like that, to me it feels too close to a sniper type scope, and allows zeroing I believe.

We had it but it was causing players to randomly turn into seagulls ._. I'll code something similar or modify the old one that we used to prevent any issues like that.

I just released a patch which should fix the kicking for seizing large value vehicles, you can no longer buy insurance on illegal vehicles, and you will not get your car back if its chopped or seized. People abused the chop mechanic so for now you will not get the vehicle back if its chopped. You can read the changes in the update section.

It didn't kick you off because of a large transfer it kicked you off for seizing the vehicle, it's a glitch. If you would have read the message it says you were detected with hacked money. It has nothing to do with transfers, it's just our anti hack to prevent people from hacking in money. And yes it should be fixed next update.

Don't forget theres platforms in the water for people with boats to get on and defend/attack. We tried to add sufficient attacking and defending locations to make it fair.

It also depends greatly on server uptime. With the way things are right now after a long server uptime you'll get around half the frames you get when a server just restarts. I've made changes to cleanup scripts as well as other many other optimizations for both the client and the server. These changes hopefully will provide better server performance and client fps. Changes to data syncing were also made. Players send less bulk information to the server and instead things are synced individually. Stuff should sync more consistently as well as sync quicker. Since it should take less time to sync data there won't be as much of a delay for querying information like vehicles, or connecting to server. Problems could arise from some of these optimizations and data syncing changes, but we won't know until the server is under full load with 75+ players. The first day or so might be kind of bumpy but it will smooth out quickly as I patch things.

We haven't had an update in like a month and a half. Once this big update gets out the optimizations I made could increase player FPS significantly, and even allow for higher slot counts without a noticeable decrease in fps.
