Has aviation ever been a dream of yours, but you never really got into it because it was either too difficult or too expensive? Or do you simply want to learn more or even get around faster? I'm a local Certified Flight Instructor trained with numerous hours behind the cyclic and collective of ghost hawks and littlebirds. I'm currently rated to train students in all aircraft, with exception to the blackfish. It is my dedication to make sure you know proper patterns, readings of charts and instruments, aircraft capability, and emergency landings. Current standing rates are 100k for fixed wing flight lessons, and 120k for rotary flight lessons, prices go down by 50% when you provide your own aircraft for the lessons. I will log and track all of your progress with me including but not limited to: night flights, local flights, cross country flights, emergency landings, and ground training. Each session will consist of 15 minutes or less ground training and 15 minutes of flight time. After all your hours have been accumulated to 5 total hours of flight time, I will provide you with a Private Pilots License Certificate, after 10 hours of flight time I will Provide you with a Commercial Pilot Certificate, and after 15 you will receive a Certificate of Flight Instruction. All these will be photoshopped images that you can add to your forum signature. (showing date of certificate, what aircraft you are rated to fly, and your name, as well as instructor signature) Please note if flying personal aircraft, if the plane goes down and is unrecoverable I am not to be held at fault. If during a flight on my aircraft, if the flight is unrecoverable a 50k fee is required to repair the aircraft. If needing training on certain aircraft is what you want, you will need to provide the aircraft ie: Ghost hawk, chinook, taru models. Any intentional aircraft wreck will result in a hold on any further flights and a lawsuit will be filed if the fee is not paid within 10 minutes. Any robberies for the aircraft or items on the instructors will result in a hold on flights and you will be put on a "no fly list", deeming you unairworthy. I am looking to buy pilot helmets and coveralls considering I've only got one set, additionally I am offering services as a commercial pilot/CFI of Altis. I will be showing flight students flight routes and mapping for both fixed wing and rotary wing. I will also go over things like autorotation and gliding, and emergency landing of the cessna. I have at least 200 hours behind the little bird, another 200 in the ghost hawk under heavy fire, and nearly 50 to 100 in the orca. I'm working on getting more time behind the Cessna model, but all in all fuck the black fish. I think it'd be really cool for all interested in doing a ground to air school type of thing for those that actually would like to rp and learn about the flight systems and their advantages in arma. I may even go as far as to keeping track of pilot's flight time and routes and making a certificate of some sort in photoshop so that you can get your pilot's licenses. (not the full 40 hours FAA reqs, but shortened and still including some of the same aspects: flying at night, flying with nvgs, local flights, cross country flights, autoration/gliding, and a test on the aircraft's control systems) To wrap it all up, I do fly irl and do know a thing or two about what i'm currently proposing as an idea. Let me know both if you have pilot gear willing to sell, or if you think the idea might be worthwhile to at least a few people, like I said before, its for those who either want to rp with flight training and learn the things I talked about earlier. I feel if you price it roughly around the same as any other rebel weapon there wouldn't be much of a complaint about the kids who have no clue what theyre doing, because as it sits you can bring in two people with 2 manslaughters each and have enough to buy a sting but how many times do you have to buy it back because it gets stolen or rdmed away from you? If we make the price of an MXC the same as a Rahim there wouldn't be all that bad to come from it, the kids who don't play by vigi rules would have no way to afford it because nobody's opinion of vigis would sway. I'm not saying lets give vigis spmgs at 50k a piece and expect things to go over well, im saying lets take it a step up from where it is, because if you have to risk your life to take a bounty you should be a little better armed to do so considering nobody thinks about upping prices on rebel weapons or removing 7.62 from rebels and making them blackwater exclusives. If youre going to have players play a certain way, you should at least enable them to have equal opportunities to other players

it has to do with either your graphics card or one of your video cables, the only bugs I get are either the 3fps glitch or the black screen/lost progress glitch that do happen more than i'd like

It is every individual's right to go after the bounties as long as they fit the criteria, they take the risks to go and get these people but it us almost impossible with the sever imbalance, even with people that are chill and don't shoot at big gangs they get shot at and killed just for wearing the vest or holding the weapon

Vigilantes really aren't supposed to be taking people hostages, and not all the time are police willing to give up their gear to let a bunch of people run wild and do whatever How are vigilantes supposed to compete with everybody else? they play the game all the same and if youre really concerned about "better weapons" you should be petitioning the use of 7.62 on the server, along with .338 and any round capable of subsonic travel. Then what are vigilantes supposed to do if they can't go around getting guys with bounties? Rebels surely don't anything stronger than a 9mm either to take somebody down, yet they all get 7.62s... All in all there's no real argument as to why it can't be a thing and players can have equal opportunities with different play styles. As a vigilante I should be able to have a fair fight against anybody I meet, similarly to how most gangs fight with equal gear and the only imbalances are numbers and skill, which are unavoidable to regulate. All the hate against vigilantes is solely just because nobody likes the thought of somebody having the chance to take them down just as easy as anybody else and make a living off of it.

Vigilantes are way underpowered as is with the sting 9mm, I feel as though they should have the ability to buy some better weapons to actually fight. It takes 5 successful shots with a sting to tase somebody with level 2 (police armor), and considering that civs now have access to levels 3/4/5 of armor I think there needs to be a change for a higher caliber weapon as either a change overall or an addition. Similarly to how APD has the MX series of weapons I think a MXC would be the perfect fit for a vigilante, priced at $80k, additionally a SPAR 16 would work as well, it is available for the APD to use yet nobody uses them. Both of these weapons are short to mid range effective and would still require vigilantes to engage properly but still have a better chance in the field.
