Why don't we just agree that superior leadership qualities in a person are a very strong point for promotions. From what I have seen, that is the only reason I see necessary. Yes you can know people, yes you can be staff, but that won't help you be a better Senior APD; only true experience can do that. (And a lot of it too.)

So, need some help. I have 16gb of installed ram, however when I am watching only youtube... task manager is at 66% usage. Highest thing is chrome at 156mb usage...

Cops can break NLR because it demonstrates the power a real police force should have. If you have 2 cops roll up and they die... thats not it; The police force would continue sending backup until the threat is handled. Come on, is it realistic to have the cops give up after someone murders 2 fellow officers? -

76 or so hours on cop, pre update I was robbed once by kavala hospital. 3-1. Post update, robbed about 6 or seven times in kavala square and the APD HQ during peak times. Now I am not saying there is an obvious problem... Actually... Yeah I am.
