There is for sure a greater medic stack than I have seen since starting last year. That said, most of them appear to be EMTs and can’t cover the map as fast as an advance+.

It’s really how buggy the shed pull points are. The game keeps spawning on the same point, and spawning vehicles inside sideways. Just Arma being Arma.

Get medi, put in 50 hours, pass the flight test and you can fly for much cheaper than Civ. I had 2 flight hours before taking my test. I now have over 600 and all tier 4. I’ve also made crazy bank in the process being Medic of the Year.

Maybe an SSD? You should be running fine. My PC isn’t much different and I run on Ultra and no latency. I have the same CPU. 32gb of ram whichbdoesnt do much. A GTX 1070. Similar motherboard. -
